GRADUATION INFORMATION

THE 4TH RUAHA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE GRADUATION CEREMONY

SPECIAL INFORMATION TO GRADUANDS

All successful candidates of Ruaha University College for the award of Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees and Masters Degrees in the respective Faculties, Institutes and Directorates are hereby informed that the GRADUATION CEREMONY for the academic year 2010/2011 will take place on Saturday 12th November, 2011 as follows:

Venue: Open Space opposite the main Assembly Hall.
Date: 12th November, 2011.
Time: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Graduands to participate in the Graduation Ceremony should write to confirm their participation, not later than 5th November, 2011, to:

HIRE OF GRADUATION GOWNS

Those wishing to hire graduation gowns will have to collect and fill in graduation gown hire forms from the Procurement Officer on production of an original bank pay in slip of non-refundable hire fee of T Shs 25,000/=. These graduation gowns shall be collected at least two (2) days before the graduation date and returned within three (3) days after the graduation day after which a penalty of Tsh.10,000/= per day will be charged for failure to return them on time.
All payments shall have to be made with the CRDB Bank Iringa Branch Acc. No. 01J2071042600 OR Postal Bank Account Number 020-0000271.
The graduation gowns will be issued as per the following schedule:

FACULTY OF ICT: 10TH NOVEMBER, 2011 FROM 9.00 AM TO 12.00 NOON
FACULTY OF LAW: 9TH NOVEMBER, 2011 FROM 9.OO AM TO 5.00 PM
FACULTY OF ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES: 8TH NOVEMBER, 2011 FROM 9.00 AM TO 5.00 PM
INSTITUTE OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES: 10TH NOVEMBER, 2011 FROM 2.00 PM TO 5.00 PM

NOTE: Graduands have to note that NO graduation gowns will be issued after 10th NOVEMBER, 2011.
Graduands to take part in the graduation ceremony will have to attend a COMPULSORY REHEARSAL on FRIDAY, 11TH NOVEMBER, 2011 at 2.00 pm at the venue of the graduation. Any graduand who would not have participated in the rehearsal will NOT BE ALLOWED to take part in the Graduation Ceremony; he/she thenceforth will graduate in absentia.
